1 Mile Jog, comfortable pace -- will begin timing 1 mile run to gauge improvement.
2 x 100 yard hill sprints.

Noon:
5 x 2 Power Cleans at 180 lbs
3 x 3 Tea - Bag Back Squats at 245 lbs

Short metcon:
21 -15 - 9
70 lb KB swings
Push-ups
